WASHINGTON: President Donald Trump pledged on Tuesday to rewrite a US trade deal with South Korea to obtain more favourable statuses, while also existing punitive trade sanctions against China.
"The Korea deal was a disaster," Trump expressed communicators as he entertained a White dwelling meeting on trade, pledging the joined States would negotiate a "fair deal" or fragment it altogether.

rushing that the US alloy and aluminium industries were being "decimated" by discarding, Trump expressed he was also mulling trade sanctions against China, and was "considering all options" including tariffs.

Trump's comments came a day after he singled out South Korea and China, along with Japan, over their trade surpluses with the United States, accusing them of "getting away with murder."
